Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the site, neither Breelyn Uniforms nor any of its directors, officers, employees or any other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence. Nevertheless, if this happens, Breelyn Uniforms will contact you within five (5) Business Days to arrange a full or partial refund. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within five (5) Business Days. All products remain the property of Breelyn Uniforms until the purchase price, and all and any charges and/or interest is paid in full.

All risk for loss and damage to Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer or the address where the Customer has directed the Company to deliver the Goods.

Breelyn Uniforms is entitled to recover (on a full indemnity basis) any and all costs, fees and charges (including legal costs) incurred in recovering the outstanding balance due.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund for the total amount debited.

Order Cancellation By Customer

You should carefully check that your Order is accurate before you submit it to us. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 786 168. However, re-stocking fee and other processing fee may incur depending on when we receive your notice on cancellation or change of your Order. Once an order has been dispatched, the Goods must instead be returned to the Company according to guidelines set out in Shipping and Return Policy.

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the Goods or Services again or payment of the costs of having those Goods or Services supplied again.

Breelyn Uniforms accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services we have supplied.
